Holloway Celebration!

This weekend we went to Spicewood, TX (about 30 mins SW of Austin) for Ryan and Cara's wedding celebration.  They got married in April and this was their celebration.  It was held at what they called a barn.... I haven't been in many barns, (not sure if I ever have?) but it was a NICE barn....made of stone, there was a bar inside, AC, and beds in the upstairs loft.  It was so cute!

I loved all of their pics....they had their engagement pics taken in Positano, Italy, last May, during Ryan's sisters wedding week.  They are just gorgeous!

Ambs recently has learned to give "Eskimo kisses"....where you rub your noses together.  She gave Carla, Melia and Robin about 4 of them when she saw them....didn't get one in the moment, but close enough

Instead of a cake, they had an ice cream truck.  You picked your cookie and ice cream to make your own customized sandwich.  SO cute!

Amberly was just the little social butterfly.  She took to Cara's bff Samantha so fast.  She sat with them and made them smell her daisy repeatedly for about 15 mins haha

There were several kiddos there too that Ambs made friends with.

Danny is the best man, so we went to the car to look over his speech.

After practicing, it was time.  Danny's speech was great!  So sweet, they've known each other for 23 years!

After the dances, I took Ambs back to the house we were staying at and to put her to bed.  She had only napped for 45 mins so I was actually very surprised she made it til 8pm.  I watched How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days 1.5 times in our room and about 11pm hubs was home. 

The next morning all the guys went golfing in Burnet.  Devoni, Ambs and I went to Ryan's parents house for breakfast and to walk down to the lake.

After a lake visit, we went back up to their house and Ambs found Carla's bell....she LOVED it!

We put her down for a few hours, then met everyone back at the barn for grilling and clean up.  She colored with Rebecca (Ryan's sister) for awhile.

Then wanted to color on her hands.....Rebecca "what happened?!"  LOL  so cute.  Her hands were a MESS!

We had a great weekend there celebrating Ryan and Cara!  It was such a cute and great get together of their friends and family.  We couldn't be more excited for them and all that they have to look forward to in September.  We can not wait to get the call baby Holloway is here and we hop in the car and drive to Lake Charles!  We love yall Ryan and Cara!  Congrats!
