In Other News

First.....We took pics of my OLD '02 Xterra (that's been sitting in the garage for the past year as I have been driving Danny's car and he's got his company car.) last week.  Friday morning Danny told me to put an ad for it on craigslist.  The ad was posted at 9am and the Xterra was sold at 2pm...and for actually a good price!!!!    We were literally shocked that it sold that fast, and to the first person that emailed us.  It is so nice to not have that big SUV in our garage anymore. 

Second.....I quit working at Pottery Barn.  I started working there PT, 3 days a week in November for the holiday season...for fun and the discount....40% off was awesome!  I really enjoyed it.  I loved helping people decorate and I also liked to have adult conversations where I wasn't just a "mom."  That may sound kind of harsh, but it was nice.  However, lately our schedule has gotten so busy and our house was getting a little disorganized.  I primarily closed so I really missed putting Amberly to bed too.  So, I called my sweet manager and talked to her about everything and she understood.  She said I could come back anytime and that they would miss me.  So far I have not regretted my decision...however, I wish I would have bought Amberly's big girl bedding before I lost my discount lol.

Third....Devoni is retiring!!!!  She's been a teacher for about 10 years and her last day is Friday!  We are having a party for her Friday night at our favorite mexican restaurant.  We are all so excited for her!

Girlfriend was passed out the first 10 mins on the way home on Sunday.  She slept all the way to I-10!

Today Amberly decided to wake up at 6:20 am....so we both stayed in our pjs all day!

Tomorrow I am going to dinner with Nikki, Kelly and Sarah.  Sarah moves to Chicago next month for her pharmacy residency so this will prob be my last time to see her before she moves.  We are all so sad she's leaving but can not wait to plan a trip to see her!  

Now time for the NBA finals.....We are rooting for the Miami Heat!  Time for King James to get a ring!
